Our guaranteed plant maintenance service includes weekly or biweekly visits to water, dust, trim, fertilize, rotate, and detail your plants. The service is fully guaranteed meaning if a plant declines or becomes unsightly, we replace it at no additional cost to you.
Absolutely! We’re happy to take over maintenance or refresh your existing plantscape. We’ll begin with a free on-site consultation to review your space, take an inventory of your plants, and discuss your goals and concerns. If your plants are in good condition, we can include them in our guaranteed service. For plants that are tired or beyond recovery, we’ll recommend replacements or simply exclude them from the guarantee.
We’re ready when you are! In most cases, we can begin maintenance within 48 hours of your consultation and approval. Our team is willing, able, and equipped to get your plants looking their best right away.
We move quickly! While installation timelines can vary depending on container availability, we’re always ready to meet your needs. If your chosen containers are on order, we can install the plants right away using our in-stock containers as a temporary solution. Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to provide your own containers. We just recommend that they be watertight and without drainage holes at the base. If your pottery includes holes, we do have a workaround, although it’s not ideal.
We offer two convenient options for plant installations: direct purchase or lease. A direct purchase is straightforward, you own the plants and containers outright. Our lease program typically runs for one year and then converts to a month-to-month agreement. Longer terms can be arranged depending on the scope of your project. All leases require that Emerald Isle Tropical Plants, Inc. provide maintenance for the duration of the agreement.
Yes, we offer short-term plant rentals for special events, providing a beautiful, hassle-free way to enhance your space.
Our team, with an average of 15 years’ experience, manages pests like fungus gnats without harsh chemicals. We use proven, environmentally friendly treatments, isolate affected plants, and replace any that need it to keep your plantscape healthy and thriving.
What sets us apart is our 38 years of ownership expertise, highly tenured staff, and unwavering commitment to exceptional service. Interior plants do more than beautify your space. Plants improve air quality, reduce stress, and boost mood and productivity. Studies show that workplaces with plants experience lower stress levels, increased focus, and higher overall satisfaction among staff. Plants also help regulate humidity, filter toxins, and create a calming, natural environment that supports wellness and well-being every day.
